Everything has its own pros and cons. And it is because of these pros and cons that, there are people who appreciate a particular thing, while others end up being the critics. Same is case with the internet. Though internet is considered to be a vast reservoir of knowledge, it has drawn severe criticism from people from every spheres of life. One such kind of criticism is: As anyone can have the access to information on any particular topic over the internet, this has made a serious impact on the lives of many adolescents who have caught under the grips of unethical contents that have been posted on some immoral sites.
Another serious criticism is that some anti-social elements and destroyers of world peace have misused the internet to spread unrest in the world. With the help of internet, these anti social elements have been able to spread their roots in different parts of the world.
Though the internet has helped in making the process of communication easier and quicker, but on the other hand it too has several limitations which draw severe criticism and demand a lot of attention for their improvement.
